Last winter when Aritzia launched their denim line, I quickly made my way in store to see what they had to offer. Aritzia is one of those stores where I know their pants will just fit me - no altering needed, which can be tough since I’m pretty petite. So the weekend they launched, I picked a few pairs up and headed straight to the fitting room. Browsing online, I had a feeling the Yoko Slim line was going to be for me, high waisted, slim jeans, what’s not to love? I tried them on and completely fell in love with the fit and wash (Med Stone Creek). I’ve been wearing them weekly since!
I was browsing Aritzia’s site again a few weeks back and noticed they brought out a white shade in the same style. I put them in my basket - sadly they were on back order for like 4weeks - but I was so excited to see them on my doorstop last week! I ran in and tried them on, only to find they were a bit see-through. Such a bummer because the fit was great. I took them back to Aritzia and saw the Tequila A Go-Go shade on display, a bleached denim in the same style. I decided to give them a whirl along with the Easy Pants, a cropped high waisted trouser I had been eyeing online. They both fit like an absolute dream, so to the register they went. Aritzia’s sizing is pretty true to size. I’m a 24 in their denim and 00 in pants, which is pretty accurate for me. I’m super happy with both of my purchases, especially since pants can be notoriously tough to find!
